• Description: PROKUT Sensomatic 1/4" to .404" Pitch, 240V Automatic Chainsaw Chain Grinder
• Editorial: Built to meet the tough standards of forestry cutting and harvesting, the PROKUT
• Sensomatic automatic chainsaw chain grinder is easy to transport, mount and set up.
• The PROKUT Sensomatic grinder is an automatic sharpening machine which sharpens the
• cutting tooth, shapes the gullet and adjusts the raker in one motion. During
• sharpening it touches the cutting edge of the tooth three times in the process to
• enable razor sharp cutting. The grinder is fully adjustable in accordance with the
• size of the cutting link and the length of the saw chains. It takes only a few
• manual adjustments and then the grinder will operate all by itself. All angles,
• depths and lengths can be adjusted according to the manufacturer’s
• recommendations and the speed is stepless. On the digital counter you dial in the
• number of cutting links of the saw chain. Then you simply start the grinder and it
• will automatically stop when the selected number of cutting links have been ground
• and are ready to use.
• The grinder can cut up to 4 mm per tooth and can easily be adjusted to cut as is
• required, this without any colour change of the cutting link (turning blue) or loss
• of the hardening quality. Thanks to a very efficient construction with few moving
• parts our grinding machines require a minimum of maintenance. On top of that there
• is no need for water cooling which further simplifies operation.
• Another time saving feature on the PROKUT Sensomatic automatic chainsaw chain
• grinder is the high speed option on the depth gauge grinder. The grinders stand has
• two supporting wheels in order to accommodate a wide variety of chain loops from
• 1/4”, .325, 3/8" and .404” as well as 3/8” Skip tooth. The PROKUT Sensomatic
• grinder also includes an exhaust pipe system and air cooling making this grinder a
• perfect choice for those who work with many chains pitches in a professional
• environment. Equipped with many time saving and clever features including a sensor
• attached to the chain pusher or the ability to start the grinding anywhere on the
• chain without grinding the wrong cutter, the PROKUT Sensomatic automatic chain
• grinder is a must for every busy workshop.
